We provide 365 days (10:00am-18:00pm JST) phone support capable of rapidly handling a troubleshooting in the event of failures. We also do maintenance visit once a year. Please contact us about other support service.

As you use a Simulator only occasionally, such as using at an Event, for E-Sports, a safety training program for beginner/elderly Drivers, we suggest you use as Rental. All models can be rented.
